Email Based Service

 

My services extend beyond life coaching to include skill in technical areas.  If we have already spoken on the phone, when writing the Guru by email, please include your name and the issues at stake, to help me remember you. I had to learn from trial and error, but you can learn the easy way.

 

Free of Charge: If your written email question requires nominal effort to answer. These email messages will be addressed on a space-available basis.  This is a complimentary service, we are not obligated to perform. The Guru may offer to answer the question via billable phone hotline.

 

$20 = 1/2 hour max: For one written email query that can be solved or answered in a straight-forward, and direct manner in a few paragraphs (about 300 words or less). This amount will be pre-paid separately for each incident.  These requests will receive prompt attention and a quick response - Guaranteed!  If further help is needed the client may call, the pay-per-minute hotline, to receive clarification or explanation.

 

$50 = 1 hour max: This option is reserved for email questions that require research, in-depth explanation, or extensive effort on my part. This plan includes one (1) free follow-up email and expert response in a timely manner. Priority service will receive answer within one week (7 days) from date of payment. Time for a complete solution may vary depending on the complexity of the issues involved. Quality of responses is our primary concern.
